I'm sad to say Sage passed away, she was a very sweet little mare with a huge heart and we will miss her!!  She had a hard life before she came to live with us and I feel a sense of peace knowing we loved her as much as we could and gave her the best care possible! 

Rest in Peace sweet girl!!!
